If you've ever seen a Landing Craft Air Cushion, the US Navy's enormous hovercraft, it's truly an incredible machine. At 87' long and 47' wide, the LCAC is capable of delivering up to 75 tons of payload.

Recorded on the California coast with Assault Craft Unit 5, known as the Swift Intruders, this seemingly small sound pack covers every part of the hovercraft's giant engines from clean startup to heading out to sea and more. With only 80 ever built, this is one of the most rare vehicles to have been recorded.
